This scent has top notes of Orange and Grapefruit, middle notes of Black Pepper and Pelargonium (Geranium), and base notes of Patchouli, Cedar, Vetiver, and Vanilla. It's elegant, grassy, and amazingly provocative.
Inspired by Terre d'Hermes (Fragrance Oil)
This is a very complex scent but one that is very pleasing to the nose. To me the lather has a more refined slickness than some of my other Stirling soaps. It leaves the face well moisturized and conditioned- a great soap to use if your facial skin needs a lift from dryness or irritation. Sample it for yourself, I think it will make it into your rotation. Doug on 1st Feb 2017
I love Stirling Soap. What more can I say? I will be trying more scents down the road. Terry on 30th Jan 2017
Wow, another great shave soap from Stirling. The rich deep textured aroma, all the notes mix together perfectly.
Rich thick lather that provides excellent slickness. Post shave feels great too.

To begin with, Stirling often is labeled as an incredible value. Don't get me wrong, it is. However I think the quality of Stirling's soaps and aftershaves outshines the value of the product. This is a win win situation.
Arkadia reminds me a lot of Fine's American Blend. To my sniffer, it is an interesting take on barbershop that exudes citrus, floral, and cologne scents. Performance is top notch as this tallow based soap is super slick with great glide and smooth post shave. As I had purchased a full-size puck, the green container is awesome for blooming and loading. The fine folks at Stirling go crazy when they fill their containers and I could swear that there is more than 5.8 ounces of soap. The splash compliments the soap perfectly and lasts quite a while after the shave. Piker on 10th Dec 2016
Scent is true to the T'dH description.. It's so good. I'm a DE shaver and have several brands of shave soaps including Razorock, Aos, Van der Hagens, Barrister and Man.. All good products but none of them perform like Stirling... cushion, protection, and slickness. Easy to load (less than 20 seconds with my Semogue 620) and incredible face feel and lather. Find a scent you like from Stirling and start shaving! Great affordable soap. Steve on 17th Nov 2016
Another one of my favorites from Stirling. Great lather and slickness. The scent is complex with its complimentary layers. It has just the right amount of balance between the notes, with none of them being too overpowering. Get it with the aftershave and balm. You won't be disappointed. Unknown on 15th Nov 2016
Great shave soap (typical Stirling). Love the scent. Jeremy on 18th Oct 2016
Love the scent and if you've ever used anything Stirling, the performance is what you've come to expect. Do yourself a favor and go ahead and get the splash and balm while you're at it and save your shipping on the next order! If you aren't familiar with the scent, it is cologne and has a nice subltle earthy orange scent. The scent is classy and timeless. Thumbs up! Will in Memphis on 11th Oct 2016
I got a sample of this soap included with a brush I had bought, and the scent is absolutely luxurious and a faithful rendering of Terre d'Hermes (at least to my nose)! And as with the other Stirling soaps I've owned or tried, the performance is spectacular. I am definitely going to acquire a full-size puck of this soon! MKnoblauch on 4th Oct 2016
It's Stirling so no question about the performance(second to none if not familiar)but the scent is by far THE best Terre d'Hermes soap on the market IMHO.
I would suggest picking up the matching splash as well, fantastic combo. Roger on 1st Oct 2016
