Beautiful dense boar brush with a substatial amount of backbone. Set into a sturdy faux ivory and black resin handle. Will build lather at a price point well above its retail cost.
NOTE: Boar brushes do have a break in period and a mild animalic scent which will fade with use.
Standard Stand - By Knot
Wide Stand - Yes
I would put the Stirling Boar brush up against my Owners Club Boar brush (at six times the price) any day of the week. A tip of the hat to Stirling for providing such a wonderful brush at such an affordable price. You guys better jump on this one! Arnold on 25th Jul 2017
I got this boar brush just a handful of days ago. After shaving with a synthetic for over a year, i am already sold on this brush!! It amazing with how well it holds lather and already super comfortable. I cant wait for the months to come! Michael on 24th Jul 2017
I own a silver-tip brush that I have used for years and decided that i would like to use a stiffer brush on occasion. So I see this brush on Sterlings site and decided to give it a try. For the price I was not expecting anything like what I received. This is a Great Looking Brush, with what appears to be very high quality craftsmanship.
Very Surprised... handle is outstanding, weight is perfect, size is perfect, premium knot. John on 21st Jul 2017
I own a lot of boar brushes. So I thought "do I need another boar brush" Well I love boar brushes, so for that price, and the fact that Sterling Soap sells high quality shave products, I figured this might be interesting. To make a long story short, the handle is the best I've seen on a boar brush, can't be beat. It's heavy, solid and beautiful
The picture dosen't do it justice. You won't find a better handle on a boar brush. Feels incredible in the hand.
I have shave only once with it so far so the tips will take awhile to soften. It feels like a premium Omega knot. Tons of backbone, splays well. Whips up lather like crazy, great flow through, and releases it very well. It did lose a few hairs at first, but that is normal. I will update aftet I use it for a bit, but so far this could be my favorite boar brush. As I said, I own alot of them. robert stocktonSTONEGATE on 20th Jul 2017
