Glacial Lemon is my favorite spring/summer soap. There is no mistaking which fruit it is and it sure is GLACIAL. Easy to lather and the coolness stays for a while. Margarita in the Arctic is nice, too. Same menthol feeling. The scent is okay, but I'm sticking with lemon. Fortunately, my son is also a DE shaver and he loves it!

if not the best they make. Strong and smooth. I got the witch hazel and it matches perfectly.

Lovely scent, and wife approved. The menthol feels so nice on hot days and combines so well with the scent.

I’ve always been a bay rum guy when I buy shave soaps but I found this company and thought I’d try some different varieties. I am not disappointed the fragrance is great and it leaves a tingly feeling after I shave. Stirling soaps are hands down the best soaps I’ve shaved with

Just got this soap along with the splash and balm and had my best shave of 2026! The lime and menthol bomb is insanely awesome and will be in heavy rotation for me this summer!

I love this stuff. It feels good on your face and it smells good at the same time. I highly recommended. If you like a cold shave at the same time having hot water. Get you some.

Tried this in a sample, like all stirling shave soap the lather is superb! Excellent scent and the menthol is perfect for Wisconsin winters, have a jar to start on now .this is another winner from Rod and Mandy.

This has a very light refreshing citrus scent. The menthol strikes a balance between being cool and refreshing, but not too much. I enjoy the artwork as well. Stirling ships super quick especially since I live in Arkansas. I have tried many shave soaps including saponificio which are considered gold standard. For the price though this is my absolute favorite. The care and attention to detail they put in the packaging of the products is unmatched. I don’t think the mailman could damage my soaps if he tried lol.

This is exactly as advertised. Wonderful citrus aroma with a little cool menthol added in. This is one of my favorite Stirling shave soaps.

Nice menthol feel not too strong but noticeable, very slick. I like the citrus undertone that it has, it compliments my favorite cologne- LV afternoon swim.

I bought three samples, they were nice enough to send a 4th in half size. All good, liked Margaritas the best , will probably buy a full tub of this. Very cool in temperature feeling for like 10 minutes after you shave.

I love this soap and aftershave so much. I had to get me a second thing of shave soap, and after shave splash of this soap because I didn’t want it to run out I didn’t want it to disappear and not have anymore of it so I got it. I had to get me some more stuff smells smells fantastic

This is the first ever soap I ordered and is my standard scent. I'm trying to use all others up and plan on being a MITA guy for the rest of my shaving days. I order the refills and reuse the original plastic jar. I do love the matching splash, as well.

This soap provides a nice, rich lather with a very pleasant scent. My face feels refreshingly cool throughout the entire shave and for a noticeable time afterward. Another excellent product from Stirling.

Awesome you got to get yourself some

Just received and couldn't wait to try it out. Lathered very nicely using soft badger brush generating lather in the cup, then applied to my face. Shaved very well, comfortably smooth both times. Left a nice gentle cooling feeling on my face which was boosted with the addition of splashing cold water to close my pores post shave. Highly recommend. Gentle coolness, not harsh. I will purchase again.

I started wet shaving a few months ago. After shaving with mass produced soaps -- about which I have no complaints -- and watching a lot of Youtube videos about artisan soaps. I bought five different soaps from Stirling. I have used them all, and Margaritas in the Arctic and Wintergreen are my new favorites. They are both very invigorating as a morning shave soap and send me on my way with a very pleasant feeling on my face. I like them so much that I have now purchased Stirling witch hazel in these scents. I strongly recommend both scents to anyone who enjoys the stimulation of a highly mentholated soap.

I bought the replacement puck for Margaritas In The Arctic , this was my very first soap I used when I bought 3 soaps back in December of 2021 this one Barbershop and Ramblin man I still have some soap left in the original MITA so once it gets empty I can replace it with a brand new one .

I picked this up because I wanted to try an artisan shave soap. I couldn't resist the scent profile. Margaritas in the Arctic has a very authentic smell; It really does smell like a Margarita. The performance is fantastic coming from Cella Red, this performs slightly better for me. The menthol is wonderful! I love it, and for the price and the amount you get it makes it worth it! I will be using this all year round.

I love the smell of this soap and the cooling from the menthol. I have 9 other samples to try and I think this one is going to be hard to beat.

The lather is great (and that goes for all of the Stirling soaps I've tried). The scent is refreshing. It is the perfect soap for hot weather since it has such a cooling effect.

My new go to sent. Can't really describe the scent other than frozen margaritas. A must try! 10/10. Amazing performance as always!

If the packaging doesn’t get you, the scent will. I love the citrus/lime scent of this soap but that’s just the start of waking you up. Once the smell sets in, here comes the menthol. The freeze from the menthol opens up everything and makes for a very enjoyable shave. Not to mention that the lather is thick and lets the razor glide freely.

Thankfully I got the aftershave splash to match which takes the shave to the next level.

The best compliment I can say for both the soap and the splash, my wife says it’s her favorite scent I have.

A light boozy scent, massively menthol, this stuff is great. I'll use this in the winter too, and I'm in New England!

According to Wikipedia, menthol activates the TRPM8 receptors in the skin, resulting in a cooling, slightly numbing sensation. Note that menthol doesn't actually lower the temperature of the body or the soap, it only tricks your nerves into thinking they're cold. If you shave with warm water (which you really should if you're shaving with Stirling Soaps), this has the very strange effect of your head feeling cool even though it's nice and warm. The slight numbing effect means nicks don't hurt as much, which can be nice for new shavers.

I bought this in the 5 shave soap sampler pack along with a regular-strength menthol soap, along with a couple of non-menthol, so I could compare the different strengths of menthol and the non-menthol version. If you're a menthol-lover like me, you have to give this a try! If you're not, consider getting one of the regular-strength menthol soaps like Orange Chill to see if you like the cooling effect before you try one of the glacial strength soaps.
