Shipping & Returns Information
We currently offer shipping to US Domestic customers only. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses. International customers are encouraged to purchase from one of our international resellers or US resellers that offer international shipping (i.e. Maggard Razors). Flat Rate/Free Shipping
Standard Flat Rate shipping on orders with a subtotal less than $75 is $4.55. Orders with a subtotal of $75 or more are eligible for free shipping.
All orders are eligible for expedited shipping which is calculated in real time by the carrier and is dependent on the estimated weight of the products ordered and the distance the package will be shipped. All expedited shipping methods will also be processed before Flat Rate orders. Any order with expedited shipping received after 12:00pm Central Standard Time (CST) can not be guaranteed same day processing. Expedited orders received after 12:00pm CST Friday may not ship until Monday.
Please Note: UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. When calculating a delivery date, do not count the weekend or holidays. In other words, if you place an order using UPS 2nd Day Air before 12/noon CST on Thursday, it will ship Thursday but will not be delivered until the following Monday. In most cases, USPS Priority Mail will arrive just as fast, if not faster. If you have any questions about ship time, please send us an email or give us a call during business hours prior to placing your order.
Address errors found after shipment will incur an additional shipping charge based on the actual cost of shipping (not Flat Rate). It is recommended that customers double-check each address field before submitting an order. Any orders returned to Stirling Soap Company due to an address error at the fault of the customer will be refunded (less shipping charges paid) if the customer does not wish to pay an additional shipping fee or does not respond to attempts at communication after 5 business days.
In general, we do not accept returns based on likeability of a scent or product. Some returns are accepted on a case by case basis. Unopened product may be returned (upon approval of Stirling Soap Company Management) at the shipping cost of the customer. Returns are made for store credit, not a refund. Exchanges may be made with prior approval at the shipping cost of the customer. Store credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product. Any product returned for credit or exchange must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. Any product damaged in transit due to improper packaging will not receive a full product credit as we can not restock damaged product.
There are absolutely NO returns/exchanges on Sale Items.
