I love Masculine scents and this Bay Rum fits the bill in spades. I finally splurged and got a bottle instead of repeated samples and I’m glad I did. I put this on every other morning alternating with another bottle of another scent that I love from Stirling Soap. The Aloe and Witch Hazel works great on my normal skin type and now I wont be running out as fast with the 200ml. I did the math too and its quite a good savings as well so I’m happy.

I bought the sample size of this, but I will absolutely be buying a full size! I love love clove, and this smells delicious! Not to mention that it works! I use it both as an after shave as well as on dry/irritated skin, and I haven’t had any razor burn or ingrown hairs since using it (which could also be due to the shave soap I bought! :)) Love!

I rarely wear after shave, but Bay Rum witch hazel and aloe from Stirling is the perfect solution for cooling and soothing after shaving.
A bonus, is the great fragrance lingers for a long while. I have found that it pairs well with many other of Stirling soaps also

I like this, but it wou ld probably burn less if the clove were eliminated. More bay leaf juice wolldn't go amiss, either.

I switch off between my post shave balm and this witch hazel and aloe after my shaves, and I never disappointed.
I have definite preferences, some say at 75 I'm set in my way. Well what ever the case, long ago I found Bay Rum was pretty consistent in scent and performance over the years, independent of manufacturers. Well, getting old means that your go to suppliers pass on and you are left searching for replacements. I found Stirling Soap Company back about 11 years ago when I lived in Alaska; this Bay Rum is as close to perfection as we can get., and it is consistent across all their products, from Shave Balm to hand soap, shampoo bar , and Eau de Toilette! Stirling Soap Products have proven to be dependable, and the people are friendly and helpful.

The scent of this witch hazel is just what you would expect. It is not overpowering, but I love it after a shave. It has a soothing feeling after a close shave, you can almost feel your face healing.

Nice bay rum scent that does not overpower. Has a little initial burn that quickly dissipates. Good stuff.

This is a good one scent-wise for bridging the gap between the slightly differently scents between the shave soap and aftershave splash. Has a slight warming sensation for me that I don't get with the soap or splash, but it still feels alright and I like it.

I think they bottled regular alcohol A/S in this bottle by mistake. First time I use, it burn like crazy and call it as a bad shave on my part. Fast forward to today after a proper shave, I decided to give it another try; Same crazy burn. It goes away after five minutes then it's all good. No issues with their BR soap.

Great scent, just the burn issue that I won't find in other WH & Aloe offerings. I have tried other brands of Bay Rum with no similar effect.

Great bay rum smell!! Smells very REAL, not chemical-y at all. Good stuff. One thing though, it burns like heck!! More so than other witch hazels I have, and it is a more prolonged burn than a quick alcohol aftershave burn. So if you are buying this because you don't want the burn, maybe look at another scent. I assume it's because of the oils used in it, but I am not sure.

I use it after my shower. It's a good scent, but my favorite remains margaritas in the arctic.

This stuff is great. The bay rum scent is obvious meaning its strong enough and has a lasting affect. Not sure how long since i just tried it but this will be in my top two AS's for a while.

Smells just like the alcohol version splash of bay rum but without a lot of that burn. Nice warm scent that feels really good for a night time splash. Awesome bay rumness!

I think they added the Bay Rum to the witch hazel line and I am sure glad they did. I alternate the Vetiver and Bay Rum Witch Hazel for a great smelling skin conditioner after I shave. This and the Vetiver are one of the better ones from Stirling.
