Fantastic smell. Definitely my second favorite scent after Sharp Dressed Man. Don't you let this scent die out Rod Stirling; don't you dare!

Great Soap, Great Fragrance

I purchased a tub from an online reseller. Like all Stirling shave soaps, Burgundy produces a rich, slick lather for a close, comfortable shave and soft, smooth post-shave skin. The fragrance is wonderful but difficult to describe. To me, it evokes expensive, old school English colognes from houses like Floris and Penhaligon's.

My husband normally gets Sharp Dressed Man, but I bought a sample size just to see if he’d change it up and he liked this one even more! It seriously smells like an old library or a gentleman’s study.
