This is decaf? You won't know it by the taste! This Colombian Huila has been decaffeinated using Ethyl Acetate (Sugar Cane Process) to remove at least 97% of the caffeine. The use of EA makes the coffee much sweeter and helps it maintain most of its moisture content which means it roasts much closer to a standard caffeinated bean. This is the perfect coffee for those looking for a coffee without the highs and lows of caffeine.
