This coffee was harvested in Ethiopia's Sidama region. The Sidama region turns out some of the highest grade coffee in the world. Because of the high amount of rainfall and elevation, the coffee ripens slowly giving it a beautiful, rich flavor. We roasted it to a light depth as we do all of our Ethiopian coffees to maintain the bright citrus and apple notes but this coffee also comes with seasoned raisin and cocoa notes. This is a unique and wonderful coffee - a must-try!
