Great scent Haverford is one of my new Fall & Winter favorites. Smells just like tobacco and vanilla at a fractiob of the price.

The detail in this product was absolutely stunning. They took the time to wrap it with care, ship it with care, even sample spray it. I'll let you know. The people have tested it and everything works amazing and it's the right fragrance for you! And then they write you a hand note telling you. Simply wonderful you would have thought I was buying some top-of-the-line luxurious, expensive, $1,000 exquisite fragrance! So it was presented just like that 100% and the smell is amazing. One AS sample lead to a purchase of Haverford Shaving Soap, Bath Soap, A and EDT. There's a reason why this scent is one of the top sellers by Stirling. Get off the fence and join the men's club with tobacco and vanilla. Doesn't get much better than this.Plus, it lasts much longer on me than most other EDTs (despite manufacturer).

Believe all of the five star reviews. I was floored by the sample AS and purchased the EDT as a result. This stuff lasts a long time without overpowering and no need to freshen it up later in the day. The scent is the big selling point for me. The majority of the day, its warm vanilla and warm tobacco. It seemingly melts into your skin and creates a personal aura around you.and I can still smell traces on me the next morning. Over the years, my wife and daughter have forced me to kick other Vanilla/Tobacco scents to the curb. This is the first one they've let me keep--and that's saying something. I keep one of the samples in my desk drawer at work to touch up when other non-Stirling scents fall short midday.

This is one of the stronger formulas Stirling has and when I use the whole set after a nice shower, it's pretty potent, but I just love it.

I have the Haverford soap, shampoo, conditioner, even the wax melt, and now I have this spray cologne. I used a little when I just picked it up from my mailbox where it arrived a day early. It did t disappoint, Love the scent, continue to love the Stirling Soap company.

My girlfriend has been wearing the original fragrance of which Haverford is based on since I met her. When I saw that Stirling had their own version of it I had to try it. For under 1/5th of the price of of a 1oz bottle of Tom Ford you get a cologne that is virtually identical in every way (and 1.5x the amount of product too). I've always loved the strength and sweetness of this fragrance, and it lasts for a good 5-8 hours. I do agree with some of the other reviews that say that this fragrance is a bit more vanilla than tobacco, but I personally enjoy the stronger notes when you first apply it, and it tapering off into something sweeter as the day goes on. Couldn't be happier with this fragrance, especially given the price. I'll definitely be making Haverford a regular purchase from Stirling going forward!

I enjoy the variety of scents Stirling has to offer for all of their products. I’ve used the Haverford scent in the past in the form of a shampoo bar but I think I like it even better as a cologne.

Very nice. My wife likes it when I wear it. It lasts most of the day. Good choice. You can pay a lot more and get much, much less. Pleased with this choice.

Smells great and lasts awhile. Hard to find any faults as it punches above it weight cost wise. My one complaint is that I bought a bottle over a year ago and recently repurchased and the newer bottle seems reformulated. The color of the older bottle is much darker. The newer bottle is less tobacco scent and it’s more vanilla forward. Still great but not as nuanced as the original bottle. Still for the price it’s great and lasts 6-8 hours.

I want to say this company makes some of the best products anyone has to offer. I have not bought or worn anything other then Stirling products for going on two years ! Haverford and Sharp dressed man !!! Are my two favorites. HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING nothing but the best Stirling !!!

I don't have Tom fords tabacoo vanile but I do own harod by pdm. Idk about longevity or silage but the scent alone tho not as good it's not far behind . ...and considering the price difference that's pretty fantastic imo. In any case Im definitely going to use the soap and lotion when I wear Herod (and this one) . Any plans on making deodorants to match the scents ? Cause I'd buy those too.

I am on here ordering my 5th container of this. I like to age it 6 months before I wear it. I have an extensive 5 shelf collection of things and Haverford is the winner above all of them. Very close to the original tobacco vanille. I get compliments all the time. I wish it had a touch more spice but I love it just how it is. HAVERFORD FOR LIFE!!

Very similar to Stirling Gentleman. The vanilla/tobacco combo is great, but just not for me. But having smelled both, Stirling Gentleman is just a perfected and better version of Haverford. The scent descriptions are accurate - Haverford is lighter and more floral while Stirling Gentleman is warmer and more masculine.

But even if you aren't going for masculine, Stirling Gentleman is just more pleasant in general.

I like or love most of Stirling’s Haverford line, but the Eau de Toilette is the one unfortunate exception. This smells almost exclusively of vanilla, which I find both befuddling and disappointing. It desperately needs a stronger tobacco presence, lest I end up smelling like every girl in the early 2000’s.

Instantly fell in love with this. It reminded me of smelling my grandpa’s tobacco pipes when I was a kid. He used to smoke vanilla tobacco in his pipes. I sprayed this on after I shaved last night and I seriously felt like I just walked out of a 1950s barber shop! I envisioned looking in the mirror, tipping the barber, grabbing my leather jacket off the coat rack and confidently leaving the shop! Well done Stirling!

This smells incredibly similar to tobacco vanille! Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! I’m obsessed. I had TV on my wishlist, but this scratched my itch for it. Perfect for a date night scent! It has good staying power and it smells amazing. Thank you!

While others say there's a tobacco note to this EDT, I don't quite detect the tobacco. The tobacco notes are not particularly like a pipe tobacco, to my nose, and seem to be more floral. It has strong notes of vanilla, with a variety of unusual spice notes to go with it.

It doesn't smell "sweet", but rather "masculine" and really nice without being pungent. It's the sort of thing you'd imagine smelling going into a quality haberdashery. My only complaint is that it doesn't seem to be an all-day scent and requires reapplication after a few hours.

I decided to purchase Haverford. Starlings take on Tom Ford's Tobacco Vanille. I've heard many people Rave about how close it is to the actual Tom Ford scent. Now I haven't smelt the original. Though I do have to say that Stirling soap has yet again blown me away. With how great their products are. I honestly wouldn't be able to tell the difference if this was a $24 EDT or $150 EDT I was smelling. I just absolutely can't get enough of they do. I also can't wait to be amazed again when I buy more of there EDTs.

I literally just left the Tom Ford outlet over the weekend, having smelled the real Tobacco Vanille. This is pretty damn close. All the major scents I liked in the real fragrance are here. Wonderful recreation, and it's on point.

I have never used Tobacco Vanille, so I can’t comment on how similar this scent is, but this scent is absolutely amazing. I really pick up the floral tobacco, with a little vanilla sweetness. Just right without being overly sweet. Exactly what I want in a fragrance!
