Bought this a few weeks ago looking for something to bridge that gap between Summer (Lime) and Fall (Hot Apple Cider). I've never used "Fahrenheit" before, but Alighieri is supposed to mimic that--and I liked the description, so I ordered and tried it. I really like the scent. Of course, as usual, the soap provides its usual slick interface between face and blade. Would definitely buy again. I have amassed so many different scents I like, and I do rotate them, seasonally. I can never die, now, I have so many different ones, I may never empty them all.... :-)

Love Farenheit

Now my winter favorite - love this soap as smell is wonderful and the performance is stellar. Buy it!

I get a high top citris/lemon note even though it's not listed in the description. The backend is either musty or musky and hard to determine which. It's just a bit too strong of a scent for my tastes but it's not horrible.

I have worn Farenheit since it was released and this is an absolutely beautiful rendition of the scent! It makes a perfect long lasting lather. This gave me a wonderful shaving experience. Thank you for this one!

I have really dry skin and the soap helped relieve it. Finally. Keep up the great work, smells great too.

Smells nothing like Fahrenheit

So, I got this puck along with many others. At first nosing of it, It comes off very crisp and clean.

Once in my cup and blooming it reminds me of dish washing detergent. Or maybe it's laundry detergent?? I'm not to sure.
While it is not at all a bad scent, it is just not a scent for me personally. However the girlfriend thought it smelled nice and light, with hints of wonderful spices.

I did get questioned at work if I had just laundered my clothes before coming in. And I promptly exclaimed, no, what you smell is my shaving soap. I was told it wasn't over powering, but that it was very rewarding to smell.
It does have a hint of warm spices to it, although I only picked up on them during the shave, not afterwards, as other's around me did. It may grow on me as I use the sample puck, who knows!

I skipped Fahrenheit in the 90’s in lieu of others like RL Safari, Davidoff Zino/Cool Water, CK One and Eternity. Glad I get a chance to revisit it thru Stirling's top notch soaps and scents. Not an expert on the vintage batches or all of the other reformulations it's gone thru but Stirling has definitely done it justice! My wife walked into the bathroom while I was shaving this morning and said, "OMG, what is THAT?". As always, well done Stirling!

This was the first scent I got from Stirling almost three years ago. Still remains my favorite scent this day.

This is a great tribute to Dior Fahrenheit. I'm a fan of the Fahrenheit EDT and Alighieri has become one of my favorite Stirling shaving soaps. I wish Stirling would make this year round and offer it in its wonderful mutton tallow formulation.

What a fantastic tribute to the Dior fragrance! I’ve used the Dior fragrance for many years, so it’s nice to have a shave soap/set that goes along with it! I no longer have to worry about scents clashing. As is all Stirling shave soaps, this one was easy to lather and made for an enjoyable shave. I’m also excited that this now comes in the 5.8 oz size instead of the 3 oz. Well done, Stirling! You folks continue to amaze me, and you’ve got a loyal customer in me!
